Our Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

Fill out our intake form and we’ll give you a call back. Over the phone, we’ll take 20-30 minutes to learn about your project, deliverables needed, location, and time. After that, we’ll formulate a fair and transparent quote and start scheduling.

Step 2: Pre-Production

If you’re happy with the quote, our team will begin planning and pre-production (including working out story and direction for more complex products).

Step 3: Filming

We’ll arrive early and start setting up. We film using the latest industry leading Sony cameras. Our goal is simple: take cinema-quality footage of your event while staying out of the way. If issues arise, we’ll handle them in the background. If we do our job well, you’ll forget we’re even there!

Step 4: Editing & Delivery

We’ll start editing right away, and generally deliver your video within about 2 weeks (need it faster? Let us know). If you requested more videos, or more complex edits, we may need more time, but that’s something we’ll work out with you in advance so there’s no surprises.

Formats available:
We’ll send you a mp4 video of a pre-determined length, but usually 60 seconds by default. Need a special format? Just ask!

Our footage will always be full-HD 4k video with professional quality sound. We’ll deliver the aspect ratio you asked for:
9x16 (Vertical. Think Instagram or Tik Tok reels.)
16x9 (Wide-screen. Cinematic. Great for YouTube.)
Custom resolutions are available too. Just let us know.

Pricing

We’re excited to work with you at a price you can afford. Our prices are based on the scope of your project, time spent editing, and an hourly rate for filming & coverage.

Most business video projects start at $500, and range from $1000 - $3500. Your final price will depend on the scope of your project.
